We receive many inquiries about what type of packing is suitable for this liquid, so we have summarized the compatibility between liquids and packing materials. The standard material for the packing that comes with our stainless steel containers is silicone. When handling liquids like water, silicone material is perfectly fine. However, some chemicals do not interact well with silicone and can cause it to swell. If the packing swells, it may deform and separate. To maintain the performance of the container, it is important to consider the compatibility between the chemicals being handled and the packing material.

We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "pure water storage container" and delivered it to a traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing company. This product injects a certain amount of purified pure water using an ultrasonic level gauge, and during storage, it suppresses bacterial growth with a UV sterilization lamp. A stainless steel tank that allows for smooth liquid dispensing.

A stainless steel container with a ball valve that makes it easy to dispense liquids such as chemicals has been equipped with a level gauge, air vent, and legs. By simply operating the air vent (valve) on the lid, you can release the sealed state without opening the lid, allowing for smooth liquid discharge. The container is sealed with a gasket to prevent spillage and dust intrusion during storage and transport. It features a level gauge on the side for easy monitoring of the remaining volume. The outlet valve is made of stainless steel, and the sealing part of the threaded connection is made of PTFE, providing excellent chemical resistance. The height to the nozzle has been set to 200mm to allow for filling tall beakers and bottles. The tip of the nozzle has a threaded joint for connection to piping. The legs have a 10mm hole, allowing for fixation with anchors or screws.

Both types have sufficient airtightness for storage purposes, but it is unknown how much the contents would leak if the container were in an abnormal state. To verify this, we checked the leakage amount by laying both types of containers on their side in this document. What difference will there be?

A stainless steel tank that allows for smooth liquid dispensing.

We have added an air vent and legs to a stainless steel container with a ball valve that makes it easy to portion out liquids such as chemicals. By simply operating the air vent (valve) on the lid, you can release the sealed state without opening the lid, allowing for smooth liquid discharge. The container is equipped with a gasket, making it a sealed type that prevents spillage and dust intrusion during storage and transport. The discharge valve is made of stainless steel, and the seal at the threaded part is made of PTFE, providing excellent chemical resistance. To accommodate tall beakers and bottles, the height to the nozzle has been set to 200mm. The tip of the nozzle is a threaded fitting, allowing for connection to piping. The legs have a 10mm hole, enabling it to be secured with anchors or screws.
